Our program connects boys and young men with committed mentors who walk with them through real-life challenges, leadership development, academic growth, and spiritual formation. Through workshops, community service, one‑on‑one guidance, and brotherhood‑centered experiences, we equip the next generation to break cycles of brokenness, discover their purpose, and become men who lead with character, faith, and integrity.

Sherwin D. Roach
Sherwin D. Roach is the visionary author and founder behind The B.R.E.A.K. Initiative, a movement he first birthed on the page and then built into a living brotherhood. He wrote the book with a clear intention: to create a national network of men and young leaders united around the pillars of Brotherhood, Respect, Education, Accountability, and Knowledge of Self & God. What began as a personal testimony and strategic framework quickly evolved into a mentorship program designed to break generational cycles and strengthen families and communities.
