2. Level One — Brotherhood & Respect
Focus on belonging, emotional safety, discipline, and interpersonal respect. Activities include team-building sessions, respect-based challenges, and guided conversations about identity and responsibility.
3. Level Two — Education & Skill Building
Focus on academic support, life skills, and exposure to new opportunities. Mentees participate in tutoring, workshops, career exploration, and practical training in communication, financial literacy, and leadership.
4. Level Three — Accountability & Personal Growth
Focus on consistent habits, goal tracking, and character development. Mentees complete monthly accountability check-ins, service projects, and personal development assignments with their mentor.
5. Level Four — Knowledge of Self & God
Focus on spiritual grounding, purpose discovery, and moral decision-making. Mentees engage in guided devotionals, purpose-mapping exercises, and discussions on manhood, faith, and legacy.
6. Capstone — Becoming a B.R.E.A.K. Man
Graduating mentees complete a capstone project demonstrating growth in all five pillars. They are honored at a public ceremony and recognized as young men ready to lead.

Post-Graduation Pathway
Becoming an Anchor
Graduates who complete the full curriculum become eligible to serve as Anchors—a distinguished tier of young leaders who:
- Support new mentees as peer mentors or junior facilitators.
- Represent the Initiative at events, schools, churches, and community gatherings.
- Participate in leadership development intensives to prepare for higher responsibility.
- Contribute to program design, outreach, and national expansion efforts.
- Are considered for board membership as they mature, bringing lived experience and generational insight to the leadership table.
Anchors form the backbone of long-term sustainability, ensuring that The B.R.E.A.K. Initiative is not just a program but a movement led by the very young men it develops.
